Building Extension Tender
Perfect Finish Bodyshop Ltd are looking for a contractor to design and build an extension to their existing workshop. We are tendering for quotes for complete design-build project delivery. The building construction it to upgrade the workshop floor space by approximately 108m2 and is based on the following. The build must be completed by 27 July 2018:
- Roof steel supports
- Steel bases
- Roof cladding & roof lights, all flashings and gutterings
- Concrete floor reinforced 150mm in depth
- Blockwork to offices
- Doors to offices & furniture
- Fire door external & furniture
- Roller shutter door 3050 x 3050 including electrics
- Demolish internal walls
- Steel RSJ supports
- Electrics PS sum
- Water PC sum
- Telescopic bollards
- Building inspector fees
Start date for the tender is 12 June 2018. End date for the tender is 26 June.
The criteria for choosing the contractor will be weighted as follows:
- Supply Timescale (50%)
- Price (25%)
- Experience / track record (25%)
